Version 2.0 of the VFR RT Communications CD-ROM, sold between Jan 2006 and April 2007 and version 1.2 of the ATPL Meteorology CD-ROM, sold between July 2006 and May 2007, used an online software activation system, provided by a third party. The server that performs the activations has now been discontinued.
The following patches will remove the online activation and allow the software to run:

Before you try to apply the patch, make sure that the VFR RT Communications or Meteorology software and the activation process are not running.
Instructions.
- Install your VFR RT Communications or Meteorology software.
- Download and unzip the patch, then run VFR_patch.exe or MET_patch.exe. This will patch the file software and remove the software activation.
