meteorology playing too fast

the online met is playing too fast and is incomprehensible.  when i tried with firefox i got error "invalid run mode 004"

Hi,

RE: 'Invalid Run Mode 004' if Firefox: This seems to be an issue with Firefox and secure (https) servers. Clearing your cache may resolve the issue. I cannot replicate this on Firefox 27 or 37. If you wish to use Firefox I suggest you contact Mozilla support.

RE: Playing too fast. Can you lest me know which browser (including version), operating system and Shockwave version you are using so I can try and reproduce the problem. Can you also let me know which MET lesson you have observed this issue with.

hi,

I am using  shockwave 12.1.9.160 and safari 8.07.
Meterology lower and upper winds, low level winds 2, clouds and precipitation and every second met file that i open.

Hi,

I can't replicate this; can you give me some more details so I can try and identify what is happening:

• Do you hear the audio at all?
• Does the playhead stop and the continue button flash at any point?

Also, can you clear your browser cache.
