Hi,

The CD-ROMs do not use the Flash plugin - they have their own embedded player.

At what point does the error occur?

Can you please give us a System Information File so that we can look into the issue.

To make a System Information File:
1) Click START - Run (or hold the Windows key and press R).
2) Type 'msinfo32' and click OK. This will open MSInfo.
3) From the drop-down menu, choose 'Save'. Name your file [your name].nfo, and save it.
4) If you have Winzip, zip the nfo file; this will reduce the size to only a few KB.

The error occur at random time when we start looking at lessons.
Sometimes before starting the first slides, sometimes after a flew slide.
I will send a system information file.
thanks for your help !

Hi,

Thanks for the System Information File. However, the file is corrupted (file is truncated) so I can't extract anything useful from it.

I cannot replicate the issue on our Win 10 test machine, so at this point there is nothing I can suggest to help you - sorry.

Hi,

Thanks for the updated file.

Your software is crashing with an error in the module: Shockwave 3D Asset.x32. If you google this module you will see that this error is often caused by registry errors. There are many suggested fixes but I'll leave it to you which you try - I cannot replicate this error so cannot test any fixes.

We have previously encountered Shockwave 3D errors that have been caused by graphics card drivers, so make sure these are up to date and ok.

Also, where did you get the CD-ROMS from, what versions do you have, and are you using the fixed exes?
